Absolutely. With the advent of social media, we now have billions to compare ourselves to, when before it was mostly those in our communities. I think our brains are having a tough time adapting to this vast sea of relationships added onto our personal ones. Our surrounding culture is in the infant stage of hyper-novelty, and most aren't evolutionarily equipped to handle it. So don't feel bad about feeling crazy, you're not alone lol
