For what it's worth, I've been following and reading you for some time now and greatly appreciate the honesty behind your work. You make an impact.

We are not failures UNLESS we give up our pursuit to fulfill our subjective purpose. We may need to make pivots here and there, but the dream of being "autonomous" can be achieved.

Forgive me for going on a tangent; here's the fucked up part to me: we're ALREADY autonomous. It's the misguided convenience brought on by the Agricultural Revolution that morphed autonomy into a "dream". Our dreams are already accomplished by simply "being", but this system has fooled us into thinking we need to "pursue" them in the monotonous civilization we have formed.
