It's our species' fault for leaning heavily on agriculture, cultivating a civilization of inequality. You can't have a civilization without some form of slavery. Agriculture allows Homo sapiens to bypass learning essential survival skills--providing itself food, water, and shelter--by exploiting others to provide it for them or exploiting themselves in exchange for security. It's not any -ism's fault. -Isms are byproducts of civilization which holds roots in agriculture.
